Tuckabye creates personalized animated bedtime films starring your child, narrated in your voice. We take the trust you place in us, especially around your child's photos and your voice, seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

To make your film, you provide:

• Your child's first name and the occasion for the film
• Your email address
• Photos of your child that you choose to upload
• A voice recording you make or upload (your reading, or a sample to match)

We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. The service is purchased and used by an adult parent or legal guardian on a child's behalf.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to create and deliver your film, and to contact you about your order. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. To make the film, your child's photos and your voice are processed by the AI tools that illustrate and narrate it (see Service providers below), only to produce your film.

How it's stored and shared

Your photos and voice recording are stored privately. They are never made public, never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own use. We never publish a customer's real child in our own marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep your child's photos and your voice only to create and revise your film, and to make more films for your child later if you opt in. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing hello@tuckabye.com, and we will.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run Tuckabye: to process payments (Stripe), store your files securely, send order email, and to generate your film, which uses AI services that create the illustration from your child's photos and the narration from your voice, and a service that routes your files to them. They process your files on our instructions to produce your film.

Your choices

You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, your information at any time. Just email hello@tuckabye.com and we'll take care of it.
