These terms govern your purchase and use of Tuckabye. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them. They're written to be plain and fair.

What we provide

Tuckabye produces a personalized animated bedtime film starring your child, narrated in your voice, based on the photos and recording you provide. Each film is reviewed by a real person before delivery.

Your responsibilities

By ordering, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photos, or are authorized to act on their behalf.
• You have the right to upload the photos and to provide the voice recording.
• The materials you submit are your own and do not infringe anyone else's rights.

License to create your film

You grant us a limited license to use the photos and voice you upload solely to produce and deliver your film. We use them only to produce and revise your film, and we delete them whenever you ask us to, or keep them for future films if you opt in.

Acceptable use

You may not submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or content depicting anyone other than the child you are authorized to represent. We may decline or refund any order at our discretion.

Delivery

Films are typically delivered within 3 to 5 days by email. We'll let you know if a particular order needs more time.

Happiness guarantee & refunds

We want you to love your film. If something isn't right, email hello@tuckabye.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll first offer to revise it, since most things are a quick fix, and if you'd still rather not keep it, we'll refund you in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. Because each film is custom-made for one child and licensed to you for personal use, we may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated orders refunded after download). One happiness-guarantee refund per customer.

What you receive

You receive a personal-use copy of your film, yours to keep, watch, and share with family and friends. The underlying story templates, characters, animation, and style remain the property of Tuckabye.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
