The more of your real child you trust us with, the more the film truly becomes them. So here is exactly what happens to their photos and your voice, in plain words, with no legal fog.
Your child's photos
They become the hand-painted illustrations. We turn them into art with an image AI, kept set so your photos are never used to train it, and we delete them once your film is done.
The fuller detail
The image tool runs through a routing service that does not store or train on your data by default, and we keep any training-eligible provider switched off. Your photos are deleted from our storage within 30 days of delivery, or the moment you ask.
Your voice
It becomes the narration, in your own voice. We use a voice AI with its help-improve-the-model setting turned off, and we delete the voice copy we create as soon as your film is finished.
The fuller detail
We remove the voice clone and its recordings from the voice tool right after your film renders. A provider may briefly keep a copy in routine backups before it clears. Nothing is ever used to train a model, sold, or shared.

- Only the person who makes and reviews your film, plus the trusted AI tools that turn your photos into the artwork. No one else, and never the public.
- How long do you keep them?
- Only as long as it takes to make your film and honor the 14-day guarantee. We delete your photos and voice from our storage within 30 days of delivery, and you can delete them yourself, or ask us to, at any time. We keep them longer only if you choose to save them for future films.
- Can I delete everything myself?
- Yes, any time. The moment you order we email you a private link where you can delete your photos and voice in one tap, and we email back to confirm. You can also just reply to any email and a real person will take care of it.
- Is my voice or my child's face used to train AI?
- No. We keep the model-training settings turned off at the AI tools we use, so your data is used only to make your film, never to train a model, and never sold or shared.
- Are my files secure?
- Everything is uploaded over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and kept in private storage that is not public, searchable, or shown to anyone else. We also never see or store your card details: payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
- Could a stranger ever see our film?
- No. Your finished film is delivered by a private link, just to you, and never posted publicly. Every sample on this site uses a make-believe child, never a real customer.

How are the films made?
You pay first (name, world, email). Then you add a few photos and a voice. We write their story, paint them as the hero, and a real person watches the whole film before it reaches you.
How soon will I get the film?
Most are finished and delivered within 3 to 5 days, and every one is reviewed by a real person before it reaches you. Need it for a specific night? Email hello@tuckabye.com first and we’ll confirm.
Whose voice narrates it?
Yours, if you want: record on your phone, or let us match a short sample with your consent. If you'd rather not record, we use a warm storyteller voice. You choose after you pay.
When do I add photos and my voice?
Right after checkout, on the next page. About three minutes. Checkout only asks name, world, and email — photos and voice come after you pay.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes! Use the gift option at the bottom of this page: you buy the film and get a gift certificate to pass along, and the parent adds the photos and voice when they redeem it. Prefer a hand? Email hello@tuckabye.com and we’ll arrange it together.
Are my child’s photos and voice safe?
Here is exactly what happens to them. They are stored privately, never sold, and never shown publicly. We use them only to make your film, with trusted AI tools that illustrate and narrate it, and nothing is posted anywhere. You can have everything deleted at any time by emailing hello@tuckabye.com, and we confirm when it is done. If you would rather we keep them for future films, that is your choice to make, not the default.
